Sankalp Patra (संकल्प पत्र)

01 — Judicial Independence

No Chief Justice or Supreme Court judge shall be appointed to the Rajya Sabha or any government post immediately after retirement. A mandatory cooling-off period shall be introduced to protect judicial independence.

02 — Protection of Voting Rights

Any deliberate deletion or suppression of legitimate voters from electoral rolls shall be treated as a serious constitutional crime. Strict legal action and independent investigation shall be mandatory against responsible officials.

03 — Women’s Equal Representation

Women shall receive 50% reservation in political representation and decision-making bodies. At least 50% of Cabinet positions shall be reserved for women to ensure equal participation in governance.

04 — Independent & Fearless Media

Strong anti-monopoly laws shall be introduced to prevent excessive corporate control over media houses. Independent investigations shall be conducted into cases of paid news, political propaganda, and misuse of media influence.

05 — End to Political Defection

Any MLA or MP who defects from one political party to another after elections shall immediately lose their seat and be barred from contesting elections for 10 years.

06 — Right to Employment

The government shall work toward guaranteed employment opportunities and transparent recruitment exams free from paper leaks and corruption.

07 — Education Revolution

Quality education, digital learning, and competitive exam preparation shall be made affordable and accessible for every student.

08 — Healthcare for All

Government hospitals shall be modernized, medicines made affordable, and emergency healthcare strengthened across rural and urban India.

09 — Anti-Corruption Mission

Fast-track courts shall handle corruption cases involving politicians and government officials. Confiscated black money shall be used for public welfare.

10 — Youth Power

Special startup funds, skill-development missions, and innovation hubs shall be created for India’s youth.
